Q- Can I customize my product?

Yes! You can reach out to us and let us know what kind of interior décor you have. Then, our artists can send you design ideas and you can choose one of your liking. You can also specify anything you may want the product to contain.

Q- When can I expect my product by?

Once you place the order, we will make the product within 7-10 days. Then we shall contact you on the different methods of shipping or the options for pick-up.

Q- Can I get my product gift wrapped?

Yes! Your product can be gift wrapped and specially packaged for gifting. We can also slip in a small note from your end if you would like!

Q- My lights have stopped working, what do I do?

You can pop open the lid on top and replace the 2-3 AA batteries in the holder. In case this does not fix the problem, reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Q- How does shipping work?

Once you place an order and we create the Lighthouze, we will contact you on shipping your product. You can also arrange to pick it up from our workshop or latest stall.

Q- Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shiping at this time, sorry. Thought keep an eye out as we are looking to start this in the near future.
